As a frequent traveler, I was very impressed with this hotel. The check-in was fast, the room was spotless and quiet, and the fast Wi-Fi made it easy to work. The staff went above and beyond to help us and the fresh breakfast was a great start to the day. The free parking was really helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel perfectly located in saranda. Breakfast is very good rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Staff very helpful. Rooftop restorant has a lovely view. Choose a sea view room.

Clean room, nice staff, nice rooftop restaurant. The only issue we had was that the AC didn’t work for our friends room and it took them 2 days to find them a solution. Apparently they have recurrent AC issues because the people checking in after us were also complaining.

We had an incredible stay at Julia Hotel. The staff was lovely, location is perfect to enjoy Saranda, the rooftop restaurant has an incredible view and the food was delicious. 5 stars all round.

It was really nice stay in hotel Julia . Initially we booked it for a day but we extended for total of 3 nights . Hotel was in central, near local store , restaurant , pub . Staff were friendly . Breakfast was good as well . Would recommend if you are staying in sarande for good price .

The hotel is modern and well maintained with a fantastic roof terrace for meals and drinks. Quality of the menu choices was very good with reasonable prices. The bar offered amazing cocktails at excellent prices. Pool was in shade until noon and with sun beds provided which were very well cushioned. Pool towels were provided free of charge. Reception, Bar & Restaurant staff were exceptional in the service provided. The hotel is located very near the beach and bars / restaurants and shops. There is a steep but short hill road to manage when accessing from the beach road. In our opinion the hotel was very good value for money on abed and breakfast basis.

We stayed at Hotel Julia for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we really appreciated our room. The quality of the materials and the cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. The hotel is quiet, and the street is not noisy, which made our stay very relaxing. We also chose the breakfast option, and the quality of the food was very good. We highly recommend this hotel!

A perfect base in Sarandë! The pool was a lifesaver for cooling off between adventures, and the rooftop is the spot for sunset — absolutely stunning views. Location couldn’t be better: a short walk to the promenade, with a supermarket right nearby for anything we needed. The staff went above and beyond — friendly, welcoming, and even let us leave our rental car at the hotel while we crossed over to Corfu for a few days. Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. We were given a free room upgrade upon checking in, which was lovely. The hotel is boutique sized and sleek and modern. The quality and style of furnishings in the room impressed. The views were amazing from the rooftop terrace bar area where breakfast is also served. Plenty of choice for breakfast too. The staff excelled themselves with both their level of service and friendliness.

We were very dissappointed with the location of this hotel. In the expedia ad, it said that there was a white sandy beach directly at the hotel. That was not the case. The closest water access was a concrete platform with space for only a handful of people, then about 1 km walk away was a pebble beach. I booked this hotel for proximity to the beach. The room was in outdated, poor condition. The shower was completely open so that we needed every towel every time to wipe up the water. Everything is wet and dirty. The room for 3 was so small that 3 people can't fit in it to move around. The upstairs terrace has a nice view and the pool area looks ok, but we came for the beach, not the hotel. The area is a party area only with loud techno music until late at night, so loud that the floor vibrates.
