"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception, the staff responded with an arrogant attitude and never followed up or offered any solution.
In addition, the bathroom door could not be locked, and the TV was unable to connect to Wi-Fi. After informing the staff, they casually admitted that these problems had already existed for several weeks, yet there seemed to be no intention to repair or address them.
Overall, the service and maintenance standards of this hotel are unacceptable. Absolutely not recommended."
