Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pauline. Nous la remercions pour l'arrangement des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Elle est prévenante tout en étant discrète. Le lotissement est très calme et proche de sentiers de randonnée. Le logement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de leur grande maison. Il est propre avec la possibilité de louer le linge de maison. Plaques de cuisson vitrocéramique, grands lave-vaisselle et frigo ce qui est idéal pour les longs sejours. Précision sur les volets qui laissent passer la lumière (persiennes) avec moustiquaires amovibles. J'ai enlevé une étoile car il n'y a aucun consommable de première nécessité (produits nettoyants, sel, poivre, essuie tout...) ce qui est embêtant quand on vient en avion. Le canapé mériterait d'être changé pour le confort. Il manquerait un petit four classique ou airfryer pour cuisiner autrement qu'à la poêle.

Appartement au calme donnant sur un grand jardin.Les propriétaires sont très discrets tout en restant disponibles si besoin.Entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse, et très proches de plusieurs très belles plages.L'appartement est bien conçu et dispose en plus d'une terrasse couverte, véritable pièce supplémentaire.Il mériterait un peu plus d'équipements (ventialteur lors de fortes chaleurs, vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine, aspirateur ?).Malgré cela, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Le point GPS est mal renseigné donc l'emplacement difficile à trouver. La hôte très sympathique est venu nous chercher. Le logement était très propre mais il y avait le strict minimum

Toller Urlaub

Hat alles bestens geklappt, wir erhielten eine tolle Wegbeschreibung von Paola und wurden sehr nett begrüsst. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und wir erhielten für das Etagenbett einen Seitenschutz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, etwas länger als angegeben vom Strand zu Fuss zu erreichen, da gebaut wurde. Grosser sehr gepflegter Garten mit geschütztem Sitzplatz zum verweilen am Abend. Wunderschöner Strand in Sant Ambroggio mit hellblauem glasklarem Wasser! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Paola!

Emplacement idéal proche des lieux touristiques

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans le logement (2 adultes 2 enfants en bas âge). Propriétaire très réactive et gentille. L'emplacement est excellent, proche de très belles plages, à 20mn de Calvi, 15mn de L'ile Rousse. Je pense que pour que l'appartement soit parfait il faudrait ajouter une climatisation (il fait très chaud, comme de partout). Et agrémenter le magnifique jardin avec 3 ou 4 transats afin de se détendre. Super séjour.

Großzügiger, mediteraner Park als Rückzugsort

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft zu, mit der Ausnahme, dass der Backofen wärend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert hat, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm, alles ist unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großzügigen, mediteranen Park finden die Gäste bei fast jeder Wetterlage, Sonnenstand und Windrichtung einen angenehmen Platz. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ist uns zeitweise die Stille aufgefallen- kein Auto- oder Fluglärm, nur Naturgeräusche. Für uns war es ein Rückzugsort, gelangten aber mit dem Auto gut an Ausgangspunkte zu ausgegedehnten Wanderungen an Küste und im Gebirge. Ein Platz an der Felsenküste direkt am Meer entwickelte sich zu unserem Lieblingsplatz, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war.

Très bon séjour

Appartement situé dans le rez de chaussé d'une maison individuelle. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et possède une terrasse privative parfaite pour petit déjeuner repas et apéritifs :) Endroit très calme et la plage n'est pas très loin. Je recommande fortement.

Gite très bien situé

Excellent séjour de 4 jours passé dans cette location. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui respecte les conditions sanitaires du moment et qui a su nous donner de très bonnes adresses de restauration. Le gîte dispose d'un parking clos qui est appréciable. On a surtout apprécié le calme pour dormir. Endroit à recommander.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sant Ambroggio sehr genossen. Es ist (fast) alles vorhanden, was man braucht. "Fast", weil unsere Kinder gern W-LAN gehabt hätten, aber das Internet läuft wohl auf der gesamten Insel nicht perfekt. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist mit 400m angegeben, was uns aber weiter erschien. Ich vermute, dass durch die Bautätigkeit im Wohngebiet der ursprüngliche, kürzere Weg nicht mehr benutzt werden kann. Die Vermieterin spricht etwas Deutsch, aber auch Englisch und (muttersprachlich) Italienisch. Sie hat uns schnell und kostenlos mit Babybett und Hochstuhl versorgt und sehr nett betreut. Was uns außerdem sehr gefallen hat: Dass es in der Nähe (z.T. mit Auto, z.T. zu Fuß) mehrere Strände und Badestellen zur Auswahl gibt. Konzerte mit traditioneller korsischer Musik in den Kirchen der Umgebung. Dass die Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm temperiert war. Was uns etwas gestört hat: Dass es an den Stränden keine öffentlichen Toiletten und Umkleiden gibt.

Sehr schönes Apartment - Sehr nette Vermieterin

Dieses Apartment kann ich ohne irgendwelche Einschränkungen wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Badezimmer hat im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten die wir gesehen haben, eine schöne Größe. Das Apartment ist gut gelegen und es bietet eine große Terasse und einen großen Garten. Paola ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin die uns bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen hat. Wie schon erwähnt kann ich das Apartment ohne irgendwelche Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen! Danke Paola!

Bel appartement

Très bel appartement de plein pied avec véranda, très propre dans un jardin exotique bien gardé, sans vis à vis, accueil de la propriétaire chaleureux, très bien situé pour visiter toute la côte nord-ouest de cette très belle Ile, les plages y sont paradisiaques y compris celle de la Marine. C'est spacieux pour 4 personnes et grâce à la véranda ouverte nous prenons tous nos repas y compris le petit déjeuner dehors. Nous pouvons nous rendre à la plage à pied (10minutes max).
