Villa Arbousiers Malacucina

Wonderful Villa with a capacity of 13 people for your holidays in Corsica. It is a stone Villa 1.5km walk from the Sea.
This villa is located in the residence (Malacucina) in the town of Lumio in Haute Corse, in the heart of the Balagne micro-region.

The Villa has 4 rooms and 8 beds. In the rooms we have balconies to appreciate the outdoor area and on the terrace at the top, you can appreciate the sea views. We have 4 fully equipped bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. The Villa also has two large dining tables, one in the fully equipped kitchen area and another in the main living room area.

The living room has television, sofas and relaxation areas to rest.

Then we have the outdoor area where there are two areas, front and back with chairs and tables. It also has a barbecue for our clients :-)

A few minutes from the village of Lumio and the beach of Arinella, you will be a 10-minute drive from Calvi and Sainte Catherine airport and 20 minutes from Ile Rousse.

In the marina of Lumio Sant'Ambroggio, near the apartment, you can practice many sports activities: tennis, seawater swimming pool, boat and mountain bike rental, diving.

La Balagne, an ideal compromise between cultural tourism, green tourism and balnéaire tourism, is situated between Calvi and l'Ile Rousse with an arrière pays aux collines surplombant la mer. Autrefois dubbed the "garden de la Corse"...

Smoking is permitted ONLY in outdoor areas

Arrival times are normally scheduled at 5:00 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled in the morning at 10:00 a.m.

Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.

The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee on his departure, the price of cleaning the rented premises (fixed at a flat rate of 60.-), the total value at the replacement price of the objects, furniture or broken, cracked, chipped or damaged materials and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cost of cleaning the blankets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind concerning the curtains, wallpapers, ceilings , rugs, carpeting, windows, bedding, etc. ...
