Deep disappointment with the quality of our stay. Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new. This issue raised immediate concerns about the overall hygiene and standards of the room.

机场短暂的酒店
距离机场有点距离，步行10分钟左右，沿着机场hotels的路牌指示可到，但是路面不是很平，拖着箱子走有些费力。酒店房间不大，条件一般不过安静，可以做转机休息。早餐不错，餐厅服务员也nice，就是夜班接待的前台业务不太熟练，办理入住破费了一番功夫。另外，酒店对外国信用卡自动转换成美元，汇率很差，给人的体验很不好。

Very warm welcome and the manager on duty was very accommodating to our needs. Cleaning staff was very helpful also. Hotel was very quiet and respectable. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend staying here as i would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

Great post hol stay
Our stay for one night was very good and just what we needed after a 6 hour late flight. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in all areas.

Very cosy and clean room in a non-descript building located next to a busy road. The advantages are that there is a bus to the airport terminal that takes 3 minutes. The bus stops right outside the hotel so very convenient. Room was good, bed comfortable. The shower room showed some signs of wear and tear, mostly moisture damage to the wooden fittings. The restaurant had friendly service but the food was inedible and quite overpriced.

We booked this hotel as last minute and we were satisfied with the welcome and the standard room was basic but met our needs. I found the pillows uncomfortable.

I am not happy with the service received , as soon as I checked in the heating system wasn’t working , I called receptionist who sent a manager to give me a electric heater , he said give it a few hours should be fine , it wasn’t so I went to reception and they advised they can’t do anything but give me another heater which still wasn’t provided , ar night there was very bad weather and the property conditions were not great without any heating ! I do not expect this sort of service and would appreciate something to be done

I guess the hotel is starting to feel a little dated, but the staff are all lovely, very welcoming, and it was hassle-free to extend my stay by an extra night. I was there for a week, the room was serviced every day. My only criticism, the restaurant menu is a bit limited - certainly not enough options to persuade me to eat there every night for a week!
