Very expensive parking as have to pay 24 hr hence slightly lower rating but restaurant staff excellent & room comfy didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but evening food menu seemed fine and very easy to find and exit from for an overnight before an early flight

As expected for an airport hotel. Restaurant was open 24 hrs with some items and we arrived later in the evening and this was very helpful. We also had breakfast at the restaurant. As expected for a decent hotel and food quality better than at Holiday Inn's in Canada/USA. Well maintained and clean property. Defintely recommend for convencience near Luton airport.

Firstly Jess at reception was amazing and very informative when we checked in. An asset to the business. It was convenient to get to the airport for an early flight which was the whole point of staying. I would say that the bed was a little hard and the bathroom needed some love. The grouting on the shower floor is all but gone and the toilet felt a little unstable. Other than that, I would recommend staying to others.
