Ski/Golf/Trails/Winery - Putting Green - Sauna - Foosball - Sleeps 10

The main floor consists of a half bath connected to the mudroom as you walk in the main door. As you walk through the mudroom you quickly enter the open concept kitchen, dining and main floor living room area where you will find a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, a fully stocked coffee bar, a stone fireplace and in the winter heated floors that will keep you feeling cozy during ski season.

The show-stoppers of the main floor are the windows that surround you and make you that feel like you are in luxury while at the same time always providing that feeling of being amongst the trees Northern Minnesota wilderness.

From the living room either walk through the French doors to the outdoor living space and putting green or out the sliding door to the sauna.

Off the main living space, is the master bedroom, walk in closet and master bathroom with a full shower and separate soaking bath.

Walk up the stairs to the second floor loft which hosts the foosball table and sleeper sofa. A bedroom with a queen bed and closet and a third bedroom with two queen beds finish out the sleeping areas upstairs. A full bathroom with a beautiful shower and double sinks serves both upstairs bedrooms.

You can go even higher from here as there is a very sturdy ships ladder that takes you to a kids hang out area with a small tv and comfy seating.

There are two TV's in the house, one in the main living area and the other in the kids loft. Both are Smart TVs ready for guests to log in to any of their streaming services. The home is also equipped with reliable and fast internet.

Each bedroom is equipped with room darkening shades and noisemakers for those who enjoy listening to waves crashing against the shore, the sounds of crickets at night, or just calming white noise helping guests to sleep.

The kitchen and coffee bar are fully stocked, and the house comes with everything needed for using the gas grill outside.

Our kids love the "fun stuff" most notably the outdoor putting green and sauna, along with the indoor foosball table, kids' loft, vinyl record player, and games.

Our favorite part is the location. For our interests (ski, golf, hiking, biking, food/drink) we feel our home is located in the best spot in Cook County. It is located on hole #4 of Superior National Golf Course and walking distance to the clubhouse and first tee box. A very short walk to both the North Shore Winery and the Gitchi-Gami State Trail and just down the hill from Lutsen Mountains which includes the Alpine Slide, The Gondola, Mogel's Bar and Restaurant and the newly rebuilt Charlie' Alpine Bistro. If you love snowmobiles, our home is a very short walk to two different trail access points.

We are almost directly in-between two beautiful state parks being the Temperance River State Park and Cascade River State Park both of which are about a 10 to 12 minute drive.
