Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. Cancellation Policy:
A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations to cover transaction costs. If canceled within the applicable cancellation window, a 97% refund will be issued.

After you`ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.
