「Located in the heart of the old city and in the life of all the food as soon as you walk out of the door. Had an absolute blast being close to the mill and mine, brother wolf, urban cafe, Hanna’s cafe, also big mentions on food for Fin Two, good golly tamale, and so many others! Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation!」

「I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back!」

「The place was just right. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had trouble finding a set of sheets for the pull-out but the property manager remedied the situation in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. 」

「Great communication, easy check in process. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Snacks were even left for our use. Location was ideal for everything downtown. Would stay again or recommend for others. 」

「Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

「Great stay would return. Was in town for a University of TN visit. Location was great to walk around Knoxville an to campus.For us layout worked well - teen kids took over 3rd floor and adults were on 2nd.Used the public parking garage across the street which was fine」
