The inside of the loft was beautiful, it was comfortable and rustic. The only noise was the train, the people weren’t as loud as we thought they’d be. Everyone was very nice, it was an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend.

Cute loft and great location for downtown

Cute spot, very clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Didn’t know there are railroad tracks behind the building. Took a little to get used to the train whistle but the very comfortable bed helped:-)

Yes, it's a noisy location but we loved it. We were able to walk to everything and really appreciated the buildings character and gigantic windows. Excellent value.

Perfect location, just as pictured. We loved how close we were to everything. As mentioned in the listing, the noise level at night is a bit of a bother, but worth it for the great location! Well stocked kitchen, great communication with owners.

A little noisy at night

Wonderful property, exactly as shown. Super comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was a little noisy with bar crowd outside on Friday and Saturday night. Walkable to lots of restaurants, breweries, and shops.

Great location on old town

We enjoyed the location and convenience to our favorite restaurant for Valentines Day. The only inconvenience is the parking situation. I don’t remember seeing in the listing that the parking pass is extra or that the parking is a decent walk away.

Great property in a great location

We loved our stay in the Vaulted Brick Loft. Once we were settled, we were able to walk to Fiori (a great restaurant) and Boyd's Jig and Reel. The two-story loft had a great ambiance and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Not the best option

When we arrived, there was homeless everywhere, this place although looks very cute was not in the best neighborhood. We ended up leaving and not staying due to not feeling safe with our 4 year old walking through homeless to get to the residence. We mentioned this to the rental company and they stated they disagreed and would not refund us at all. There was a homeless looking in cars in the parking lot we parked which was right next to the residence, another issues as we did not feel safe leaving our vehicle either.

What a Gem!

My wife and I spent our 10 year anniversary in Knoxville and this loft was nothing short of perfect! The old brick, the lighting inside, it couldn’t have been a nicer setup. As soon as you step out the door, everything is within easy walking distance. Paige had amazing communication with us and we look forward to returning again! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Love everything about this property. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, in a fabulous location and was such a joy to be in. I highly recommend this space for anyone visiting Knoxville. Pup loved it too.
