"Booked for one night. Clean room, good AC, nice bathroom/shower, friendly staff, and good breakfast! If traveling to Knoxville, I would stay again! Only about 8 minutes from the Civic Center. "

"Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! "

"Check in took a bit. Room was dated, bathroom wasn't clean (hair in tub), bathroom smelled wet. Pool was very cold and no hot tub. Breakfast was ok, gravy wasn't good. Food tasted old. No wifi. "
