"I love the convenience of the location. I was there for a conference. The young man at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I had a guess with me that would have had to wait 6 hours before checking in and he allowed us to check in early because the room was available. They were able to give me directions. They were just super helpful and awesome. Nice facility and I took a picture and the big beautiful chair. "

"I stayed at Haya during a 3 night stay to visit family. It is more economic than staying downtown (about $100 cheaper a night). The food and drinks were delish, complimentary coffee, and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a plus! The pool area was clean and relaxing. They even had floats for the kids. They were able to accommodate a later check out even though they were pretty busy. Ybor is such a cute area with a lot of potential, it’s a shame that the majority of it is vacant. I would stay downtown if you’re looking for more of an inner-city experience. "

"Staff is professional and friendly. Checkin was quick and easy. Courtyard area with pool is definitely a tropical oasis in the middle of a busy area near Busch Gardens. We were here for only one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again!"
