“La struttura è praticamente nuova ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, si trova a 100 dal tram monorotaia che taglia in due la citta di Padova ed è comodissimo per raggiungere ogni luogo importante. E' a 200 metri a piedi da piazza delle Erbe. Pulitissima e silenziosa, il letto comodo. Infine il proprietario al telefono è stato sempre disponibilissimo e preciso. La consiglieri sicuramente.”

“Everything was wonderful: the location of the house in the center of the town, the house very clean, comfortable, calm and very well organized, all things working and easy to use. The homeowner is a unique, very kind person, available at each moment for help and suggestions. I strongly suggest to stay there and I hope to find it free the next time I will come again to Padova.”

“A very clean modern apartment located less then 100 metres from the Piazza della Frutta. Walking distance to all major attractions including la Cappella degli Scrovengi. The apartment is equipped with everything required for a couple including a washing machine. We stayed for four very comfortable nights. Communication with the owner was completely electronic as was entry to the apartment.”

“Maurizio's apartment was great. It had everything that we were seeking. A market and a pharmacy are steps away. Two restaurants are even closer, one being practically just outside the stairwell door. I would definitely stay here again.”

“There were 3 of us and a beagle and we ALL had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, super clean, recently redone, pleasantly decorated, and it didn't lack for anything. The outdoors were equally great. However great the property was, it still couldn't compare with the landlords who were so very friendly and accommodating and particularly the landlady, Irene, who went out of her way to be helpful. “We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs. Maybe some kind of traps could be used, there were quite a few. But, we understand the battle!”

“What a place! The apartment and whole facilities were fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the air-conditioning was a welcome addition in the very hot weather. The pool area felt luxurious with sun-canopies, tables, chairs and sun beds. Above all that the hosts, Guerrino, Antonella and family were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental if visiting this part of Italy.”

“The apartment in Padua was a great home base for my Veneto vacation. We did day trips to Nove, Marostica, Vicenza, Verona and others. And Padua itself was a beautiful city with all the same points of interest as other larger cities but without all the tourists.”

La proprietá (camera da letto, bagno, cucina con divano letto e terrazzino) era adattissima per 2 persone, fornita di riscaldamento centralizzato in funzione per buona parte della giornata (non abbiamo mai avuto freddo). Discreta l'insonorizzazione. Biancheria da bagno fornita. Il condominio é fornito di ascensore ma arriva solo al 2 piano (la proprietá é una mansarda al 3); la rampa di scale addizionale potrebbe dare qualche problema in caso di……

“We (a group of 3 couples) spent 10 days living at Al Nani 2.It was a return trip for me & my husband. Loved the large amount of space and the full kitchen for cooking. The location is perfect. It's about a one mile walk to the historic centre of Vicenza which is lovely. A unique setting, the apartment is located over the musum. Situated on the hillside, we were convenient to many historic sites via cobblestone pathways. Vicenza and Villa Valmarana have become my favorite Italian destinations. As……
