  • Welcome to your private nature sanctuary, literally across the street from the stunning Cocles beach, and a 2-minute drive to Puerto Viejo center. Also, grocery stores and multiple restaurant\bar options are minutes away. This tropical-modern home features a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, and a large deck with a stunning view of the 1.2 acre property. Daily you will see monkeys, sloths, macaws, toucans and more without even leaving the house. This property is one of a kind.
