Bedden zijn net een lengte van 190cm voor Noord Europeanen echt te klein. Douche was ook erg krap qua afmetingen. We hadden een duplex appartement wat qua ruimte perfect was. TV was erg klein en qua zenders erg beperkt. Uitzicht was fantastisch. Ontbijt was voldoende maar niet erg uitgebreid.

Résidence vieillissante ayant besoin d'un rafraîchissement, appartement un peu juste en terme de superficie pour 3 adultes et un chien , petit espace exterieur au rez-de-chaussée bien appréciable, bien situé dans Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Personnel accueillant, souriant , piscine agréable.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé (manque juste un four), au calme et très bien situé. Accueil très sympathique. Pour compenser la piscine fermée pour cause crise sanitaire, dommage que les viennoiseries n'aient pas été offertes le 2ème matin aussi !

Petit mais fonctionnel

Le logement classique pour 5 est vraiment juste en taille on est vite à l'étroit (2 adultes et 3 enfants ados et préados). Le rez-de-chaussée est un plus en été. Les services offerts par la résidence et l'accueil sont très appréciables (commande de pain et de viennoiserie, réservation d activités, renseignements et la piscine bien-sûr ). La résidence est bien située non loin du coeur de village de Luz et proche des beaux sites de randonnées.

C'est une belle résidence bien tenue. Dommage que la douche de l'étage soit toute petite et qu'il n'y ait pas de vrai four Il manque des douches à La piscine ce qui rend la douche compliquée car c'est sale!

Résidence agréable, piscine très appréciable, un bon emplacement et un personnel très très sympathique Tous ces points positifs nous font oublier le nombre de places de parking un petit peu juste en pleine saison et une déco un peu vieillissante. Résidence à recommander sans hésiter.

Au top. Seul hic, c’est la voûte du balcon qui fait que le logement est très sombre et qu’on voit mal la vue montagne. J’aurais préféré un balcon normal.

Ha sido muy buena exceptuando la limpieza del apartamento que no te ofrecen productos gratis para limpiar y además dejamos el apartamento más limpio de lo que lo encontramos. Al irnos, no subió nadie a revisar cómo lo habíamos dejado.

Très déçu par mon séjour, au réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine malheureusement en travaux à mes dates. Je déplore le manque d'information en amont et l'impossibilité d'annuler après coup. Un weekend d'anniversaire en couple un peu raté !! Un lot de consolation frôlant le ridicule...

Résidence calme accueil chaleureux navette gratuite devant la résidence pour aller à Luz... piscine sauva hamam super séjour .. à renouveler !!!les draps sont fournis contrairement à la description Seul bémol pour Abritel qui affiche les prix en dollar !!! Notre banque ne nous a pas raté .. frais de 7,50 euros!!on est français on réserve en france et on paye des frais pour des dollars!! On tombe sur la tête!!
