The saddest part of our experience was that for 16 nights we had a 7:30am wakeup call that lasted all day of drilling and banging for renovations and construction in the building. 「WOW! This was such an incredible stay. The apartment is designed BEAUTIFULLY and such a vibe! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great. Every part of this apartment was so thoughtfully done, the apartment was a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood is super walkable and so close to all of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Communication leading up to the stay was great and really helpful. Only wish they had an earlier check in option, would’ve been happy to pay for an hour...

「Wir hatten die Wohnung Valadon sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl man eigentlich direkt im Hotspot von Montmartre ist. Wer hier Bucht, muss wissen, dass es sich nicht um einen hotelbetrieb handelt, sondern man kommt mit zahlencode in das Apartment. Bitte beachten, dass man eine Kaution vorher hinterlegen muss über 600 Euro. Wenn nichts kaputt geht, wird auch nichts belastet, aber man muss diese Kaution hinterlegen, denn sonst erhält man den Code nicht. Nach meiner Meinung hätte Expedia dort stärker...

「I agree with the previous reviewer who left a 2 star review in December. Check in process was confusing annd loooong. Way too much noise in the alley by the living area ant night—constant yelling for some reason. Everything she said was spot on! It was a clean unit, but it’s in a rougher area. Kitchen is well stocked. Dryer doesn’t work well. I would not stay here again given what I know now. 」

「Great little apartment on a quiet street in a bustling area. A little musty on first entry but fine upon letting in just a little fresh air via the massive windows (which have beautiful wrought iron guards).Coffee machine was a little quirky but host was responsive. 」

「The apartment is five minutes’ walk from Sentier Metro station, and is accessed through a shopping arcade with several entries, although only one is accessible at night. It was up several flights of stairs with no lift, but we knew that in advance so not a problem. Everything worked apart from the toaster and was clean. The apartment is spacious. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in certain areas, which I assume came from a downstairs apartment. I would stay there again but...
