“pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. ”

“I was very impressed with the service the quality of the food it’s a five star gourmet breakfast very friendly staff easy check and easy check out. I mean I don’t know what to say. There’s so much to say about them but two words above and beyond.”

“The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war. Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer. I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!”
