「The property is gorgeous but the interior feels old and dusty. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust. The team is very welcoming and the hotel provides an honesty bar and treats for the guests, which was very nice.」

「The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement.」

「Truly exceptional hotel in a perfect location! We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and a river view. The staff was warm, responsive, knowledgeable about what to see and fun to talk to. The TimeOut Market is right across the street - great for food, deserts, even dancing on the two nights we were there. Close to everything in old town and the river. Quiet room and excellent buffet breakfast. Even the art was well selected. Highly recommended this place and we’ll definitely...
