"Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Close to everything. Beautiful views of the river. Gığden at reception super friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while I was at hotel and we were given a lovely basket of fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much."

"We loved it here. The rooms are great and clean. The owners are lovely and so helpful. It's in a fabulous spot in the centre so a quick easy walk to everything. Breakfast is lovely though we didn't always have it when we did no complaints at all.. The hotel dog Barney looked after us ❤️ The only problem we found was the noise from The Jazz Bar nextdoor. We did have to speak with them a couple of times. Best just keep your windows shut at night after 10.30pm. Will definitely be returning. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The couple that run it are simply lovely! They are great hosts and both are incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is amazing as you can walk downtown. We will visit again for sure!"

"The room I was given was not clean. The sheets were dirty and so was the bathroom. The toilet was not stable and the toilet chain was broken. The bathroom was really dirty and the shower doors kept coming off. There is a chicken coup in the hotel with a rooster. The rooster was so loud every night I did not get any sleep. I did not enjoy my stay as I was so tired from the lack of sleep and cleanliness. One night I forgot my room card and luckily my Turkish friend was able to call a number to get someone from reception to help as the area was locked and no one answered the door. The man at reception didn’t speak much English so he wouldn’t have been able to understand me. The wife of the owner was very friendly and polite. I did have to wait over 20 minutes for her to come to the hotel on my last day so I could make payment as no one else could operate the card machine. I don’t think the hotel was worth the price. It was too expensive and I wouldn’t stay here again. "
