"Stayed for 5 days - did not have hot water during the stay. Pool was closed for maintenance the entire time. Limited room service - did not replace towels or in room coffee pods. On a positive note - the front desk was always willing to help. But the hot water and pool situation was just out of their control."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Upon our arrival, we met Steve and he was very welcoming. The renovated train station is beautiful and extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. It was enjoyable going outside to give John George and Sadie some treats. They are both so sweet! We also loved seeing the mares and their foals out in the pasture. I would pick this beautiful country setting over a busy hotel!"

"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. Half of the vanity was about to fall off the wall. Major structural damage. We left early the next morning and got out of there and didn’t finish our sta. They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and not direct with them so we got stuck paying our entire stay even though we didn’t joy stayed one night. Do NOT stay here. They do not care about your safety. "
