「We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking.」

「The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. 「Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.」

For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!」
