This nice and renovated 44 sq. m apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and includes :
- a charming living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a well-equipped contemporary kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- separate toilets,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- large connected TV, WiFi and fan.

You will also find the historic Brotteaux station square 60m away, the Parc de la Tête d'Or entrance 500m away, the Part-Dieu train station and mall 700m away and the Rhône river banks 1,2 km away.

Brotteaux metro station → 3 min by foot
From the Part Dieu station → 10 min by foot
From the airport → 45min by transports or 30 min by car
