"Excellent choice for those that prefer to stay near the train station, for early departures. I can't judge the surrounding area, as I was there during the student riots in Lyon, and everything in the center was closed. The room was very nice, comfortable bed. On site restaurant wasn't very good. Only a few menu options, and food was mediocre. However, due to the student riots, with all other restaurants in the immediate area closed, there was a long line for tables at the hotel's restaurant, and staff performed magnificently. No tables left in the restaurant, they sat overflow in the lounge, and took orders without much of a wait."

"Lovely hotel, well placed to enjoy all that Lyon has to offer. Modern, clean and well equipped. The bedroom was a good size and the hotel has good sound-proofing. Breakfast was excellent with standard hotel offerings plus some local produce. Located a short distance from the banks of the Rhône in the new town, we were able to access everywhere on foot easily and, while the old town may be more photogenic, it can feel a bit touristy; we preferred being slightly outside and eating where the locals ate. Would be happy to stay there again in the future."

"Phenomenal location - just a 5 minute walk to security. Good solid hotel - nothing spectacular, but the location was perfect. Also, the restaurant was surprisingly good - I had a very good dinner and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff - both desk and restaurant - were fantastic. If I'm ever flying in and out of Lyon again, I will definitely stay here."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, aber sehr ringhörig. Unser Zimmer lag im 1. Stock, also genau über der Lobby. In der ersten Nacht habe ich kaum geschlafen, da man immer die Geräusche/Stimmen aus dem Gang, der Lobby und dem Restaurant gehört hat. Das Spa ist klein aber fein. Jedoch sieht man auch, dass es schon etwas älter ist. Auch er Whirpool könnte mal ersetzt werden, der Boden war ganz braun und eine Abdeckung hing nur noch so halb dran. Aber für den Preis kann man nichts sagen. Aber das Superior Zimmer mit Spa Eintritt lohn sich nicht. Es ist günstiger ein normales Zimmer zu buchen und den Spa Eintritt extra zu bezahlen."
