Bathroom and jacuzzi great. Property is central. Other facilities and furniture advertised as available were not. Smoke alarm was disconnected and didn't work. One stool and most of the cutlery was missing. Access to property key was in an unlit alley and property door hard to identify at night ('grey' doesn't help). Only one set of keys for two people. No access code provided for TV. Worst of all, no contact phone number for 'concierge' who, despite sending emails saying they were there to help, never replied to anything sent over the week. So many things could have happened and we would have been stuffed. Made for a less than ideal break
