里昂的惡夢
這根本是一星級飯店的水準。剛進房便覺得房間昏暗有股霉味,但立刻跟櫃檯反應的結果是更換房間費用需額外付120歐。 再著,飯店的水有非常嚴重的消毒藥水味,需要自行扛礦泉水回來喝。每次洗完澡房間也會有非常重的消毒藥水味。wifi在房間是幾乎收不到訊號的,不建議仰賴網路的旅人入住。 事實上,我在之後改住其他,這在里昂根本不是常態,而是該飯店的問題!

Bad experiences to stay in this hotel
I stay two nights in this hotel due to business. lived in the room number 28, next room number 30 seems is for employees. They are very loudly, no matter open or closed door. I feel very noisy.I have reminded them but did not see improvement. Another thing is hotel Internet is not good.But reception's service is good.

The room door blocked no sound and i was next to the laundry room and staircase, meaning late nights and early mornings for me. I was on the lowesr floor meaning every flush in the nighr came through my room. Other than the noise, i couldn't fault it. Id willingly come back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tagged and kept our luggage for us after checkout. There was a lamp hanging in our room with a frayed cord which we disconnected do that we didn’t trip over it in the dark. Getting in and out of the shower was tricky as the platform we had to step on to get in was very slippery.

Hotel très vieillissant pas entretenu. Par contre proche de Bellecour donc très bien placé. Il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles mais niveau prix il est imbattable. Pas de mini bar Confort spartiate ! Les rideaux ne peuvent pas coulisser si on veut dormir un peu le matin ! Hôtel à rénover en urgence

old hotel next the old town
this is an old and well place hotel but you need to know your way arround as no concierge. rooms are tiny and bathroom old. it is more an 3 star than 4 star hotel. staff is pleasant but don't ask them to book a restaurant as they forgot to do it for us and i had to imporovise.

Lovely hotel in a central location for exploring Lyon. Wish there was a fridge in the room with kettle/tea facilities and some lotion in the bathroom. The staff were lovely and the room and bed were very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay in the city.

Excellent staff!
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was always attentive. Hotel had sent me an email before I arrived asking preferences for my stay and it was as if they didn’t read my answers. All issues were addressed, but I had been impressed with the effort to streamline and 3cpedite my choices.

When you arrived, you had a room matching your request, but you told us afterward that you also wanted a shower instead of the bathtub and the air vent pointing directly on the bed. Rien à voir avec un 4 étoiles c’est un 3 étoiles - Toutes les chambres font 16 m2 je comprend ps pourquoi ebookers propose des chambres de 20 m2 qui n’existent pas de plus l’équipement est minimes et médiocres, la moquette à long poils parterre est salle, le lit pas confortable et il faut demander pour avoir de l’eau rien de dispo dans la chambre, le coffre pas fixé au murs !!! Les étagères qui tombent, pas de verres dans la salle de bain, la douche qui inonde le sol car pas de joints de porte…. Bref je n’y retourne pas …

Nous vous avons proposé un changement de chambre, que vous avez refusé. La chambre que vous avez occupé fait bien plus de 20m2 (24,35 m2 pour être exacte), salle de bain incluse (les sites de réservations détaillent rarement la taille de chaque pièce, mais indique la surface totale). Nous aimerions aussi ajouter qu’en France, les hôtels ne décident pas eux-mêmes du nombre d’étoiles qu’ils valent. Ils sont vérifiés par un organisme indépendant, lors d'un audit qui a lieu tous les cinq ans.Bien cordialement,

Staff were sharp, quite attentive and helpful, plus very fluent in English. Lobby and dining area are quite hospitable and well decorated in a charming mostly modern motif. Location is superb in Central Lyon. Parking is not available on site but garage parking is close by even though the maze of one way streets can be frustrating to get there. Bed was very comfortable and room was remarkably quiet. Would likely re-book there for a future trip,

Worst hotel in years. Non working airco, windows not opening, temperature to high, old sanitair. No fridge or coffee machine in the rooms. Superior rooms are therefore not more than 2 stars. Choose your battles wise and don’t go here. The breakfast room is non excistent. You’re placed in the bar. For an absurd amount of money.
