同價位應該有更好的選擇
短暫停留一天，沒有特別的感覺哪兒好或不好，但就是覺得，以同位價的飯店來比較的話，這飯店離安錫車站也不算特別近、離安錫湖又有段距離…如果有其它選擇的話，它應該不會是我一下次的首選。 另外一提，這個飯店房間內沒有小冰箱哦！

舒服的入住經驗
乾淨整潔,跟櫃台人員反應電燈故障有記得幫我們修理好,每晚跟櫃台人員索取飲用熱水,都非常樂於幫助,床也很乾淨浴室也很乾淨

地理位置非常好！有車站，旁邊還是知名又好吃的餐廳。 雖然只是過境點，沒有多做停留，但留下很好的印象，有機會再訪法國，一定專程排里昂行程，並投宿該旅館。

酒店在裝修中,味道很難接受
剛入住酒店, 被安排住在四樓房間. 從昇降機出來已經有濃烈的油漆味.牆身及地都還沒有做好. 后來邀求轉移房間,職員是一早知道有問題的,並馬上轉到6樓去.那裡好一點,但仍有濃烈氣味. 如果呼吸道有問題,相信暫時不要去這酒店. 估計4月或5月可能會好一點.

Habitacion grande comoda con balcon. Muy cerca de la estacion de tren Perrache. Consejo si llegas a la estacion Central compra ticket tren a Perrache es muy barata ñero la frecuencia es cada 30 min. Los alrededores no son muy bonitos. Pero hay tiendas un par de sitios donde comer. T

J'ai commencé par geler car le système de chauffage est tel qu'il s'arrête quand on quitte la chambre. Il n'y a pas de brosse dans les toilettes. Le sechoir à cheveux est soigneusement caché. J'ai mangé un croque monsieur à peine tiede. Il n'y a pas de refrigerateur dans les chambres. En revanche le Viognier est excellent. Rapport qualité prix plutot defavorable.

Good hotel, reasonably priced in convenient location just a short walk to main tourist areas. Across street from a metro. Easy to find if driving into Lyon. Reading the reviews there were some complaints about parking but I found it pretty easy, literally across the street. No issue at all and front desk will let you pay for the parking when you check out so that you dont need to do it when you drive out.

Our first time at an IBIS hotel, we visited Lyon for the Rugby World Cup. The hotel is conveniently located at the beginning of the Metro line that takes you to the stadium, so you can get a seat on match days. The breakfast is excellent but expensive. Just have a walk around and find yourself a patisserie. Lyon is a beautiful city blessed with excellent public transport and lots of good eating.

Parfait !
Accueil chaleureux, chambre confortable et emplacement parfait. La brasserie Georges, plus ancienne de Lyon, est juste à coté. Petit déj en buffet, bon et varié. Et comme la vérité sort toujours de la bouche des enfants, nos petits ont adoré le personnel. Je recommande fortement.

Not a great location. We arrived later at night and my husband had to walk through a homeless encampment after he parked the car quite far away. There is a strange window into the bathroom so not a lot of privacy.

Dear Guests,I thank you for your review and I regret that you didn't enjoy entirely your stay.The window you talk about must be the decoration window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It is not a real window, just a part of the wall with glass which allow natural light. The "window" is quite high, so the other person in the room doesn't have a view. I am sorry that your husband got lost, because the Q-Park is at 50m and there is no homeless encampment in the surroundings. L’établissement aurait dû nous avertir qu’il y aurait des travaux très bruyants qui nous auraient réveillé tôt, étant donné que nous étions très fatigués. L’alarme s’est aussi déclenché, mais personne ne nous a avisé qu’il n’y avait aucun incendie. Nous avons quand même apprécié la grandeur des pièces et le confort des lits.

Bonjour,Je vous remercie pour votre séjour dans notre hôtel et je suis navrée que l'alarme s'est déclenchée. Ce n'était pas prévu et nous n'avons donc pas pu vous prévenir. Avec un hôtel complet (123 chambres), cela demande un certain temps d'appeler chaque chambre et le client nous appelle souvent avant que l'on puisse l'informer.Nous rénovons nos chambres supérieures cet été et les travaux se déroulent en journée. Les entreprises ont pour consigne de ne pas commencer les travaux avant 9h. Depuis le début des travaux, cela se passe très bien et nous n'avons pas eu d'autres plaintes. Toutefois, vous indiquez que vous étiez très fatigués et je comprends que vous auriez voulu dormir plus longtemps. Je vous présente donc toutes mes excuses.En espérant vous recevoir la prochaine fois dans une belle chambre rénovée,Bien cordialement.Monique Peltzer,Directrice.
