Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 3 nuits à Lyon dans ce logement très fonctionnels avec ses 3 salles de bain pour 7 amies en visité à Lyon. Il est bien situé: près de la gare et non loin de transports en commun pour accéder facilement au centre ville. Notre hôte a répondu à nos sollicitations (problème internet et oubli de vêtements dans le logement par exemple). Ce serait un vrai plus s'il y avait à disposition un document récapitulatif dans le logement pour connaitre l'emplacement de la couette du canapé lit, le fonctionnement des radiateurs, l'emplacement des transports et commerces à proximité voire quelques conseils sur les visites à Lyon.

Küche, Bäder & Wohnbereich sind gut und funktional. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Nur sollte man wissen, dass in 2 Schlafzimmern die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren und 1 Schlafzimmer nicht direkt mit der Wohnung verbunden ist, sondern der Zugang über die Garage erfolgt. Das war für unsere Gruppe vollkommen in Ordnung, aber sollte trotzdem erwähnt werden ... Ansonsten wären wir sehr zufrieden . Die Wohnung liegt zentral.Und ist eine sehr gute Alternative zum Hotel. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.

The fixtures and fittings were very good but the flat was dark. It was basically a converted garage and there was little natural light and we could not see out of the windows. The third bedroom was not attached to the other rooms but off another part of the garage.

We never found the washer, dryer. Wi-fi code did not work. Good location to train station but long walk to city center. Accommodation was clean and nice updated bathrooms.

We stayed 3 nights. Entry is through the garage. We appreciated having free parking for our rental car, but it was a very tight squeeze for our Renault SUV. We barely had room to get through the door once the car was parked inside. Main unit has one bedroom w/queen bed w/attached bathroom with walk in shower and toilet, plus a second bedroom w/two twin beds w/attached bathroom with walk in shower and toilet. Third bedroom is accessed via separate door in garage and it's like a mini apartment with a bedroom w/queen bed and attached bathroom w/walk in shower and toilet, no windows in this unit, no AC, an electric oscillating fan was provided. The main unit with 2 bedrooms has AC in the living room and bedroom w/queen bed, but it is quite loud when running. Unit is street level, and windows have security bars, and a sidewalk runs outside right next to unit. Wifi instructions given in check-in procedures were incorrect. I messaged host, and it took a while for a response. Wifi info is located on bottom side of the wifi router in the living room. Overall, the unit felt a bit neglected and dingy: floors, bathrooms and walls need a good scrubbing. We did not cook in the small kitchen, we only used the coffee pot. I have no idea how you access the laundry in the apartment building, we didn't try. It's a good 20 to 25 minute walk to Old Town. Only 1 key to enter each entry door: if your group splits off to do separate things that could be an issue.

The property is as advertised, but several things did not work. The kitchen sink did not drain. The dryer does not dry. One of the sets of keys did not open the door to the apartment (this was a problem for us since we were a group of 6).There was no accurate welcome information provided upon arrival. Instead, I had to send messages back and forth with the owner for the correct WIFI info and how to access the laundry. These things should be provided when we arrive.The apartment was not clean when we arrived. Surfaces were dusty and dirty. The plates and bowls were very dusty. The bathrooms were not clean.

Très bon week-end en famille

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d'avoir une salle de bain (avec wc) par chambre , la pièce commune permettant les moments conviviaux, le garage, le tout bien équipé . A noter, 2 chambres sont sans fenêtres mais par contre d'un calme absolu. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous qui circulions principalement dans cet arrondissement de Lyon + la proximité de la gare TGV . Pour finir , échange simple et efficace avec le gérant , rien à redire .

Centrally located and spacious

The apartment is easy to reach from the nearby metro station. The check-in directions were clear and very helpful, but it took some searching to find the third bedroom (separate from the rest of the apartment). I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that the laundry machine is not within the apartment. Overall, our stay was lovely and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is safe, and the apartment is clean and spacious. If you are traveling by car, the private garage would be a huge benefit.
