    You will stay in this pleasant and bright studio apartment on the first floor (no elevator), located in Vieux Lyon, one of the most historic and picturesque neighborhoods in the city.
    Just a 10-minute walk from Perrache train station and 20 minutes by metro from Part-Dieu train station, you will be perfectly located to explore Lyon.

    The apartment overlooks the building's inner courtyard, offering complete peace and quiet, and is ideal for a tourist or business stay.

    Respect for the property and the neighborhood:

    We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to:

    Respect the residential environment:
    Comply with the building's internal regulations.
    Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
    Energy savings:
    Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
    Keep the apartment in good condition:
    When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
    Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:

    We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:

Experience Lyon as a local!

This property is located in an ideal spot of Lyon! If you are traveling alone or with a spouse (significant other), this is the place to stay. You are just steps away from the Saône-Rhône rivers and its confluence and related attractions. While you are in a relatively more modern neighborhood, you are technically Old Lyon with all its charm. Notre Dame de Fourvière (a Lyonnaise “must see” attraction) is just a tram away. Lyon is a magnificent French destination and the location of this quaint flat allows you to live the city like a local. Train stations are just a few minutes away. No car needed! But if you, like me are traveling around France by car, the apartment comes with one dedicated spot. For cat lovers, Gaston, the friendly neighborhood feline, will warmly greet you! What’s better than a being greeted by such a distinguished citizen of Lyon!
