「I had two weeks Christmas vacation. This is the only bad experience in lodging. First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code.
