“Aufgrund des Gestank nach Zigarettenrauch, würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht.
Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... Der Gestank war aber so penetrant in dem Raum und auch in das Bettzeug gezogen, dass es nur……

“Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful.
Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view……

“The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back.”
