A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! "The facilities at the Hard Rock hotel were amazing, we stayed in the Gold Villa with a private pool, which lead to the ocean. Calm seas. The choices and quality of the restaurants was very good. We particularly loved the beach club in the Marina, which had a swim up bar and poolside restaurant. "

"Food was amazing, but the same food every day, except for one BBQ day. The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the sea and birds chirping. There was no problem with the internet, but there were times when there was no signal. Overall, I recommend everyone to stay, and the employees treat customers with the same level of class as the customers treat them."
