「Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
