hotel is super good but not restaurant workers

We enjoyed 7 days holiday with family in this very nice hotel, management did a good job to maintain the overall environment, it is clean at the beach/road/room, it is really a good and beautiful hotel. And thanks to the Kids Club, they took good care of my kids (interesting diversified activities) ...

My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully.
