"our stay in this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we visited the welcome office, the owner made is feel care for and complete safe( which is the most importantly). His thoughtfulness and genuine concern for our confort made a huge difference throughout our stay. The staff was incredible attentive and dedicated. The location is absolutely fabulous-unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Ee could see the stars right from our room, and waking up to the sunrise from our beds was unforgettable. Other camps are close to village this is perfect because it further and not light around. My friend and I felt safe and enjoyed this experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will love to return."

"Staff outstanding! From beginning to end amazing service! Falah greeted us and arranged a camel ride before checking in. Fabulous accommodation and service at cafe with refreshments and scheduled sunset jeep tour! Then a delicious dinner cooked perfectly in ground with all kinds of salads desserts and tender ribs and chicken ! Beautiful night sky’s after dinner and a restful sleep. Wonderful all around!!"

"Incredibly beautiful hotel that is literally right across the street from the Petra entrance. Very helpful staff, Waleed who works at the front desk even took our car to fill the air in the tire after we noticed it was low. Housekeeping staff Hamza and Fahed also were very helpful as well. Very large and scrumptious breakfast too. "
