“Stay somewhere else , not worth it.”

“The property was very good. Clean and modern room and walkable from the airport which made it easy to get to. Unfortunately and I didn’t realize until late but I was sent the wrong pun”

“Staying at Bob W Ambassador is an excellent experience. The environment is perfect, and the support provided via WhatsApp is both effective and sufficient. I highly recommend that visitors choose to stay at Bob W Ambassador.”

“nice apartment, and very close to the Tallinn town”

“Walking distance to Old Town and the Port”

“So if you don't mind sleeping above a bar on a street with 5 night clubs that are open until 4 am this is a good choice. We got little sleep due to all the noise. The bed was like a camp cot. The room is spacious and really cool because it's in a very old building. The host was very responsive when we needed”

“I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. I had to wait for the……

“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”

“Near airport, across street from bus station, across street from market. bus route only 3 stops and short walk from old town”

“The accommodation was clean and tidy and felt homely with plants and ikea furniture. The supermarket and tram was very convenient and the beach and park walking distance. A good position for exploring old town etc. The area would suit young families or those on a lower budget as there weren't places to eat on the doorstep. It worked well for me visiting family nearby.”
