Location is a double-edged sword. Having a balcony overlooking the grote markt/stadhuis is only nice during the day. Sleeping with all the noise was difficult but overall still possible. The rooms appear to have not been renovated in a while and the hallways were quite dirty. A huge plus is the food, as the restaurant is much better and has many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Leider uberzeugt hier nur die lage des Hotels. Service und Sauberkeit schlecht. Die Matratzen sind alt, weich und durchgelegen, man spűrt jede Feder im Rűcken!

The location is hard to beat, but the elevator smelled terrible, the rooms were small, the bathrooms small, the beds were ok but not great for couples.the hallway also had the vague smell of urinal cake. Also, avoid the hotel breakfast at all costs.

Nice location
The hotel is in a great location. Room was small and a bit loud from the street noise. It worked out well and I would stay again.

Bem localizado.
O hotel fica super bem localizado, em cima de um café. Foi um pouco confuso pra achar, mas deu tudo certo. Pelo site do Hotels.com, o quarto tinha cofre e ar. Mas ao falarmos com o hotel, eles disseram que era algum erro, pois nenhum quarto tem essa infra.

Centraal gelegen op de Markt in Maastricht. Ruime kamer met zicht op de markt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Helaas geen ventilator of airconditioning ondanks dat dit wel beschreven staat in de specificaties. Daardoor erg warm. Sanitair bij aankomst niet geheel schoon. Ontbijt prima.

Het hotel is uniek gelegen. De kamers zijn standaard maar heel proper en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer lekker ontbijt, gevarieerd en verzorgd. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Hotel au centre ville sur la place du marché
Bonne propreté de L'hôtel la chambre N° 20 petite mais peu de bruit le soir par contre chambre 28 le lendemain pièce mansardée pas confortable pas de climatisation ( température extérieure 27 degrés) donc obliger de laisser la lucarne de toit ouverte il fallait supporter le bruit incessant des discos et des personnes jusqu'à 5h du matin! donc à éviter. Petit déjeuner agréable il y a même du pain sans gluten pour les personnes concernées Excellente situation de l'hôtel parking CABERGERWEG (FRONTENSINGEL) à 8 minutes à pied 18 Eur pour 2 jours les autres parkings sont très chers

We were freezing in the room without heating.Actualy there is no 24 hours front desk service.The waiter ,on the ground floor,Mr. Quito was so rude and mean to me . I felt very uncomfortable!

Second séjour. Accueil assez froid. Chambre "Confort " bien placée et assez grande. Aménagement OK. Bonne literie mais GROS DEFAUT : Porte salle de bain translucide en face des lits, vraiment très peu d'intimité et très désagréable ! Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Hôtel très bien situé, parking payant facile, MAIS nous n'irons plus dans cet hôtel à cause de ce problème de porte de salle de bain.

Superb staff, nice restaurant right in the hotel. Great location on one of the main squares of the city. Room was small, but manageable. Good breakfast.

De ligging was super, beetje een domper is dat je moet parkeren in de parkeergarage a 25,00 euro per dag. Want je laat je auto ook niet in de nacht op een parkeerplek staan. Ontbijt wat goed.

Geachte heer, mevrouw, wij adviseren altijd in eerste instantie Parkeerterrein Cabergerweg voor slechts 11 euro op 800 meter loopafstand. Nog nooit iets gebeurd en bewaakt mwet camera's

Het raam bevat kieren waardoor er wind over mijn schouders en hoofd waaide waardoor ik slecht sliep. Hierdoor kwam ook meer lawaai van buiten naar binnen. Het bed lag ook niet lekker maar dat kan smaak zijn. Ook was het ineensbloedheet in de nacht.

Okay hotel in city-center, but needs a refreshment
Okay hotel. Location is perfect. Good staff. Rooms are ready for a new and better vacuumcleaner. And hotel itself needs some resfreshment. Bed was good, sheets were clean. Bathroom was soso. Breakfast was perfect. Fresh and nice bread. A lot to choose. Good hotel to explore the city. Put some earplugs in your suitcase, because Maastricht-city is also busy ar night ;-)

Zentral und okay
Tolle Lage, nachts ziemlich laut durch das Lokal unten im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war das Bad nicht gut geputzt. Recht kleines Zimmer aber gut aufgeteilt.
