“It’s an older Motel but it definitely surprised me Front desk clerk was very friendly suggesting best places to eat Has full refrigerator microwave and cooking plate kitchenette was stocked with the essentials It was clean and showers were hot We didn’t need to use the air conditioner but tried it out and worked good Reason for not giving 5 stars was the guests that live there full time stand outside to smoke by the doors so you smell it soon as you open the doors Guest above us was……

“Air conditioning worked but too much noise from other residents barbecuing and partying until after midnight. Room decor had been patched but refurbishment not finished. Not Impressed and would not stay there again.”

“No kleenex..towels small and thin. No frills for sure. Lighting dark. But convenient. Ridiculous how they hike a $70 room to $200 for Trade days. For that much..give us a blow dryer..Kleenex and some decent towels and blankets without cigarette holes.”

“Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.”

“The property is old. The bed and flooring were good. The fold over lock did not work and had been repaired poorly. The bathroom shower was cracked in 2 places. Paint splatter all over. Some bugs in bathroom area. Front curtains would not close , exposing the inside beds. I had to us clips for privacy.”
