「This is our second stay at Clearwater Residence Hotel, Timberlea. We love the convenience of the location, the area has lots to offer. The manager, Cheryl , helped us with our choice of an inside suite and we were very pleased with our time in the suite. Thanks.」

「Fort McMurray is Alberta’s Oil Patch. The Hotel is located near the river and MacDonald Island. Pretty good location downtown. The staff was very nice and my room was large and clean with a comfy bed. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was good. 」

「Spacious 2 bedroom suite close to the river and downtown. Lots of noises from the Rona lumberyard overnight. Underground parking. Safe and comfortable 」

「Staying here was like staying in a beautiful apartment; its quiet and lots to grab to eat in the area; underground parking! Right across the street from plantlife cannabis; a&w and more! Managers were very polite and very wonderful to deal with. 」

「The place was as advertised and Saad was a very responsive host. Clean and quiet most of the time. Young children upstairs could be quite noisy on occasion. The full kitchen was nice and the bathroom is nice. The overall space looks “not quite finished” with missing floor and door trim, some grouting not complete, missing pieces of flooring and walls partially painted. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.」
