“I booked this room on my way to P town and honestly did not have super high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with every detail of the property. “Great friendly service. Lighthouse cocktails in lounge with Steve were yummy! Worth the stop. Close to all the shops and pedicab service for those that don’t want to walk. Bike rentals and scooters available too. Right next to Fanizzi’s that serves delicious food. Great menu. The view is amazing! Beautiful sunrises! You can see the ferry coming and going, tides, fishing boats, and more. Pool still open and people are swimming, end of Sept! Peaceful and relaxing. ”

“I decided to take a last minute trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. I got the penthouse room and loved it so much. "AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
