An amazing place with a gorgeous view! Spotlessly clean and very modern. We only stayed one night, sadly, but I would have stayed two despite it being somewhat far from some tourist spots. The sun rises and sets on the other side of the building that this apartment is under so it never gets too hot. We were there in January so not so hot as in summer but still lovely and warm. We never turned on the AC only a fan at night. You can watch parrots and hawks and buzzards fly along in front of the outside table (plus hammocks!) they set up. The property is fairly large so you can take a leisurely stroll along it to look at the wildlife. You can easily walk to town, 15-20 min?, without issue as there is a sidewalk for most of the way. There are actually people on bicycles showing this town is a bit slower and safer than Monteverde or La Fortuna to walk in. If this place is close to where you want to be, I highly recommend it.
