Todos os funcionários impecáveis e educados. Fiquei em um quarto para pcd, pois sou pessoa com deficiência. Só que ele não era funcional. Uma porta de blindex que dificulta a entrada no box e a pia do banheiro também dentro do box. Pra mim que tenho mobilidade reduzida foi ruim. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel, il était parfait pour moi, j’ai même prolongé mon séjour Les points forts: - En face de la plage Imbetiba - La Vue était fantastique et incroyable sur l’océan de mon balcon - Personnel sympathique et souriant - Petit déjeuner très bon et belle sélection - quartier tranquille et sécuritaire - bon rapport qualité prix - la chambre est de bonne dimension et a les commodités normales - douche avec pression incroyable Point à améliorer: ma chambre aurait eu besoin d’un petit rafraichissement de peinture, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, salle de bain petite pour ouvrir la porte (une porte coulissante serait parfaite) pas de lampe de chevet ou d’éclairage plus cosy (moins fort pour les yeux). Wifi pas toujours bon, la télé se déconnectait souvent du wifi.

O hotel é simples e precisa de atualizações em suas instalações. A garagem acomoda poucos carros e tem vagas demarcadas em dimensões muito menores que aquelas legalmente exigíveis. Mas nada se compara ao despreparo e falta de compromisso da equipe com seu hóspede. A reserva para três quartos foi paga cerca de uma semana antes do check in. Como o objetivo da viagem era a família ir a casamento diurno na região, seria necessário chegarmos cedo, por volta de 9h, para termos conforto na logística que o evento exigia. Assim, contratamos também o early check in pelo valor de meia diária, que foi igualmente pago de forma antecipada para os três quartos. Antevendo problemas e para nos precaver de qualquer eventualidade, haja vista o cronograma apertado por conta do casamento, nos dias que antecederam o check in, por três vezes, a última na véspera com Tadeu do setor de Reservas, confirmei estar tudo certo para o acesso antecipado aos quartos. Contudo, para surpresa e decepação, ao chegarmos ao hotel nenhum quarto estava liberado e para um deles sequer havia disponibilidade. A equipe do hotel, gerente Camila à frente, mostrava-se aturdida e não se mostrou capaz de solucionar o problema. Embora contratado para liberação dos quartos desde às 6h, o check in somente foi possível às 11h, gerando incontornáveis prejuízos a mim e minha família. Já conhecia a rede Golden Tulip de outras cidades e sabia de suas instalações modestas, mas nunca pude testemunhar atendimento tão displicente.

O cafe da manhã precisa melhorar, poucas variedades, muita demora para abastecer o buffet. No restante o Hotel atende as expectativas. Muito limpo, o ar condicionado perfeito, cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Na recepção destaque a funcionária Amanda muito simpatica e educada.
