「This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Rooms are bright and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up to warm sunlight from the Juliet balcony. The location is great, with easy walking access to several restaurants in town. The staff are a credit to their organisation and helped with advice when asked. 「This a very cool hotel. The room had very cool features like a motorized skylight window, shower want in the toilet (bidet style). and very nice appointments. The food was good in the restaurant and the service was too until the "Rick Steves" tour group arrived. Then we were basically ignored. If you see a sign in the restaurant for a tour group, either eat well before they get there or eat elsewhere. 」

「The rooms are in a modern build anex and are comfortable, clean and very pleasant. My room and many rooms have a small balcony, air conditioning and great space. We were able to park our motorbikes right next to reception, it felt safe. Breakfast was good and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance by the river ( I think it’s owned by the same people). Staff were friendly and helpful. 「+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet.」

「Anlage befindet sich am Ortsrand und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal war rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei speziellen Wünschen. Vielen Dank. Wifi war sehr stabil und gut. Unser Zimmer DZ Standard war groß und speziell das Badezimmer war spaziös. Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut.
