"We were very impressed with the design of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the mattress was super firm, neither of us slept well at night because of this.
I'm assuming this is because they are catering to mainland Chinese (or perhaps Asians in general) tourists who are more used to sleeping on a super firm mattress.
Given that sleep is one of the most important aspect of travel, we're giving it 3 stars."
