What an amazing place!! We had a two bedroom suite and it was all of.that and more, for a very reasonable price!! Wow, what a great experience and memories for a lifetime!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The photos of the room did not do it justice at all. The room was extremely huge and so was the toilet.

The place is so spacious, especially considering the cost! And the location is not bad too, you could access to other malls and casinos very easily

Very convenient to come here from HZM bridge via Sands shuttle bus. However, as a party of 5 for two bedroom suite, we only get set of 4s for all amenities..which I think should be adjusted automatically and not for us to ask for. As well for small kids, they should be using plastic or other non breakable cups rather than providing heavy glasses for tooth brushing. One of them broke when my girl couldn’t hold tight during use and fell in the sink all broken. This is really dangerous. All in all, it’s value for money during Christmas high season, but I would not come again as it’s not very family / kid friendly.

Great location to ferry terminal and shuttle busses are amazing to get from and to the hotels and casinos. Great ocean view from our hotel and staff are super friendly. Would definitely stay again 5 star.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were larger than i expected. The amenities were plentiful and covers all the basic necessities you’d need (shaving kit, dental kit, towels, soap, etc). The beds were great and i thought it was very thoughtful of the hotel to provide different types of pillows based on your personal preference. The gym was alright, clean, basic equipment, good to get a workout in. The bar was quite nice as well and i enjoyed the cocktails there

Only concern is the coffee cups in the room which never clean and i can saw the coffee mark. Fortunately i saw the cleaning lady tidy up another room and she gave me another set of clean cups.

It is located by the border of the local city. Walkable to the local city. But no shuttle bus to casinos. Hotel was fancy and nice. But if you shower, the water always leak to the washroom, the floor would become very slippery.

Check-in staff (his name: Rigil) is awesome - he was really helpful and friendly; We love him! Our room is super nice with a great view - breakfast is really basic, not much choice and broken latte machine. The worst experience was with one of reservation lady, she was really grumpy and doesn't have any intention to help with our basic questions, and just to clarify, its was 9 AM in the morning and no other customers except us hence she has plenty time to assist (if she wants) - overall all good except this one.

Sumptuous hotel for reasonable prices, very spacious Praha restaurant - I really didn't like the 1 meal and did not return (Soy Chicken). Bony, insufficient, poorly cooked and expensive.

Overall is fine!
My favorite hotel because it is quiet and convenient from Macau ferry. I used fitness center first time it was also quiet and fine. Swimming pool didn’t use because many family user. Overall was fine. However after Covid pandemic many shop were closed especially fishermen’s wharf. It was pity.

A top notch escapade
The hotel is right at Fisherman's Wharf. Although many shops went out of business due to Covid, some of the good shops and restaurants did survive. We took a walk in the evening and it was great. The Colonial flared hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's seafood buffet is the best in the my memory.

It is a decent hotel next to the Fisherman's Wharf, where there are a few restaurants and event venues. It is within walking distance to the ferry pier (to HK), when it opens again.
