Hotel muito bom, tamanho excelente ( diferente do Padrão Ibis que é mais compacto). Atendimento maravilhoso. O Café da manhã na minha opinião poderia ter mais variedades de doces e salgados ( até pq é pago a parte), mas nada que afete a qualidade do hotel.

Me hospedei recentemente no hotel e acabei esquecendo um carregador de iPhone no quarto. Já entrei em contato 3 vezes solicitando a devolução (inclusive me dispondo a pagar o frete), mas até agora não tive nenhum retorno. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, mas a falta de resposta demonstra descaso com o cliente. Fico no aguardo de um posicionamento para resolvermos de forma simples.
