The only change that would make this place super amazing would’ve been changes in the Furniture to something more modern really needs an updete! The rug was falling apart in places TV is from 1980’s and some of the glue coming undone in the furniture pieces

Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, porém com algumas ressalvas; O assento do vaso sanitário não era adequado, causando desconforto; A TV era antiga, com a tela riscada e ficava aparecendo imagens de configurações que tinham que ser deletadas o tempo todo; por ser no 1° andar ficamos ao lado dos condensadores de ar condicionado, o barulho, apesar de não ser tão intenso, incomodava quando o hotel estava em silêncio.

A simpatia dos funcionários é um diferencial neste hotel. As acomodações são amplas, confortáveis e limpas. As toalhas de boa qualidade , assim como os produtos de banho. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, oferecendo mais pratos típicos. A área da piscina se destaca pela beleza. Uma pena que a temperatura não seja mais alta. Fomos em julho, em período com mais chuvas esparsas e vento; teria sido ótimo poder aproveitar daquela vista, no décimo andar, com visão de 360⁰ da cidade, numa piscina aquecida.

O hotel é lindo, o café da manhã muito bom, o atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, todos muitissimos educados. Unica coisa que eu nao gostei foi que nao tem ferro, eu levei muitas roupas sem passar e nao pude usar, um hotel 4 estrelas deveria disponibilizar um ferro nem que seja na recepção para os hospedes. Outra coisa tambem que seria maravilhoso, ja que peguei um tempo de chuva e frio, seria se as piscinas fossem aquecidas, ai seria perfeito

Nossa estadia foi ótima, mas tivemos duas ponderações: esqueceram um dia de realizar a limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas, somente feita após solicitação! E outra ponderação foi, tentamos realizar um late checkout uma vez que nosso voo era um pouco mais tarde, a atendente nos informou que seria cobrado a diária fracionada por horas, quando passamos que seria 3h foi informado o valor de R$300,00, mesmo sendo toda nossa diária contratada anteriormente a R$400,00. O restante foi ótimo! Obrigada.

Hotel estava com todos os andares em obra, com cheiro fortíssimo de produto massa corrida, tinta e cola. Muita poeira nos corredores e que acabava entrando nos quarto. Insuportável!!!! Café da manhã decaiu em um período de dois anos, quando estivemos lá pela primeira vez e gostamos. Não voltaremos mais!!!

Excelente!

Atendimento excelente em todas as áreas do hotel, todos os funcionários sem exceção muito prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, ficamos 10 dias no hotel e sempre tinha variação de itens. As duas áreas de piscina são excelentes e o atendimento do bar de ambas as piscinas era ótimo! Sauna muito boa. Academia era ampla com vários equipamentos mas precisa de uma melhoria no layout e complemento de acessórios. Estivemos num período de muito movimento entre Natal e Ano Novo e o padrão do hotel mesmo lotado foi excelente, parabéns a equipe toda ! E ainda tivemos surpresa com chocolates no Natal é Espumante no Ano Novo !

Hotel bom, mas tive "falta de sorte" com a estadia

Na minha estadia tive 4 dissabores os quais irei listá-los: 1-problema de mal-cheiro no banheiro, o qual tentaram resolver duas vezes e, por fim, justificaram que seria da rua (porém fui o unico que reclamou? estranho), nao fui mudado de quarto e o problema persistiu até o final da minha estadia. 2-ar condicionado começou a condensar e vazar no apartamento. felizmente foi resolvido pela equipe de manutenção. 3-no dia do check out, o leitor da porta parou de funcionar e a recepcionista foi bem ironica dizendo que o mais importante eram as pulseiras que deixei no quarto e eu devia utilizá-las ao inves do cartao (???). Ela magnetizou novamente o cartao e eu tive que voltar uma segunda vez na recpção para solicitar que abrissem a porta e, só entao, a recepcionista entendeu que o problema era na porta. A equipe de manutenção resolveu, mas isso já gerou estresse pois no check out fazemos planejamento de horario para nao perder voo. 4-por fim, tivemos problema com falta de vaga no estacionamento do hotel. Somente depois de minha esposa se indispor com o recepcionista é que resolveram o problema. Estresse desnecessario. Após todos esses problemas, nao nos ofereceram nenhum tipo de desconto no check out pelos dissabores enfrentados durante a estadia.
