「It would have been nice to be informed that the gym was not available for the duration of our stay prior to our arrival. (although they said we could use the gym on their other hotel, it was not a feasible solution. The staff was nice, the location was perfect, the room was clean, the rooftop pool was nice and quiet (apart from when one family decided to let their children run wild, then we and others had to leave as it became too much on the other people there). Breakfast had a good variety...

「A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place」

「For a luxury hotel, I wasn’t as impressed. The room was very dated and not super clean. Bathroom had mold. The pictures k line definitely make it look nicer. Food was fine. Nothing special. Pool upstairs has a nice view but was small. Chairs were super uncomfortable to lay out on. Good location though and breakfast had plenty of fresh options.」

「Quarto limpo, cama excelente」

「Tivemos um upgrade e foi incrível.」

「There were mosquitoes in my room. I told management twice & twice they said someone was going to spray the room. I had daily bites. I sprayed mosquito repellent every night around the bed to keep them from biting me but was still bitten.」

「I liked the location, cleanliness and hygiene. Staff very helpful. But the internet was down too many times, and was a nuisance. But the worst thing I could single out was the elevator. Way too many guests for only two elevators. There were always line ups of people to get to the elevator. Very unpleasant. Thanks.」

「The breakfast was great. The luncheon dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was not good at all extremely salty and did not taste like Brazilian bread food at all, which is very delicious disappointed in the food.」

「Quarto limpo」
