That's not a resort, I really don't know what is. It looks like a commune in the countryside, all deteriorated. Please don't ever go. Eso no es un resort, realmente no sé qué es. Parece una comuna en el campo todo deteriorado. Por favor no vayan nunca.

eu não vejo a simplicidade como problema. Mas quando se vende “luxo” e entrega simplicidade com problemas, aí sim. Acho q a propaganda é totalmente enganosa. Mal cheiro pelo hotel Não tem roupa de cama no quarto além do lençol e cobre-leito q já estão na cama. Não tem tapete na área da pia. Água voltando pelo ralo no banheiro Não tem interfone no quarto, então qualquer problema vc tem q caminhar até a recepção, q é longe. A comida é super simples. Vc vê nitidamente uma comida reaproveitada com no máximo um molho por cima de uma refeição pra outra. A salada com cara de velha. A área da piscina com recreação pra adultos, numa vibe piscinão de Ramos. Os lanches são tipo pizza e pão com não sei oq Enfim.. como disse la em cima, vendem uma mentira. Não vale nunca o valor q pedem. Foi o dinheiro mais mal gasto de toda a minha viagem. Se eu soubesse da realidade do lugar, JAMAIS teria me hospedado. Assim, como não voltarei de forma alguma.

Para a família tem muitas opções praia, piscina, parque aquático, shows, teatros, recreação. Comidas variadas, porém poderiam ser mais temperadas,l. Deveriam ter mais pontos de sorvetes para as crianças. A piscina também achamos pequena pelo número de hóspedes, mas tem o parque aquático separado. No geral gostamos bastante.

Bom resort, atendimento nota 10! Recepção bem organizada, ágil e os cooperadores bem educados e solícitos. Na reserva solicitei apto no térreo devido mobilidade reduzida e o estacionamento teve todo cuidado e carinho de colocar em um apto no térreo e próximo de restaurante.

A praia é linda e o aquapark é legal pras crianças, mas a alimentação deixa mto a desejar. Poucas atividades e peças teatrais fracas. Piscina do resort é pequena. Infelizmente fica mto atrás de outros resorts como Salinas ou Japaratinga. Mas o atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo.

Hotel razoável.

Apesar de bem localizado e praia muito bonita, tivemos alguns problemas: um dia não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, outro faltou toalha de banho e papel higiênico, mas contatada a portaria, foi resolvido. A comida é razoável, mas a existência de moscas no restaurante foi bem desagradável.

Pensem em outras opções pelo alto custo cobrado.

Tivemos dificuldade com a comunicação do resort para avaliação do ar condicionado e TV, o que nunca ocorreu. A área é enorme, o conjunto praia-rio-resort seria uma ótima opção para famílias e o acesso ao Acqua Park atrai realmente para quem tem crianças pequenas. Contudo as acomodações são antigas, a qualidade da comida é ok (e o fator all inclusive aumenta a agonia dos clientes por comer e por desperdiçar) e as atividades musicais são compatíveis com clubes populares - e temos certeza de que muita gente gostou. Outras opções de preço alto semelhante nos teriam sido melhores.

O hotel é bom no geral, o único problema são os quartos, mas o hotel se esforça para te atender por isso nao tem como avaliar mau, tudo pedido o hotel ofereceu, a comida e a bebida tem q ser muito chato para reclamar tudo de otima qualidade comida quente e em boa quantidade, as bebidas de melhor marca possível so não tem a verdinha, mas a stela e corona e outras sim, as sobremessas a melhor parte do resort foi a melhor de todos que eu fui. A recreação tanto para adultos quanto crianças muito boa.

Hotel com condições de velho e ou mal cuidado. Animais como cães e gatos no meio dos hóspedes,. Serviço de Buffet bem fraco. Na área do Bar da piscina com chuva molha muito dentro .Hospedes com caixa de som como se estivessem na casa deles. Resumindo apesar de ter pago “barato” não recomendo .
