"此HOTEL離蘇我車站僅需徒步2分鐘，非常適合年長、旅途歸程勞累者。徒步500公尺（7分鐘）即可到大型廉價超商（フォルテ蘇我店）採買零食當宵夜，而且HOTEL與車站間有一家「日高屋」便宜價位的連鎖餐廳，有我們全家最愛的天津飯、豚骨拉麵、炒豬肝、生啤酒……，生活機能極為便利。綜合提供西式與和式料理的早餐，內容豐盛，特別是有產地直送的蘋果汁，顯現早餐的性價比極高。泡澡很舒適。 可惜離東京都會區太遠（需大約1 個小時的電車車程），進入首都圈太耗時，否則就更完美了。"

"It’s far away from hotel to train station on foot. You could only take bus or hotel shuttle (no service between 10:10am to around 2:30pm). There’re many factories nearby. I think it’s better to find the accommodation next to Chiba JR station. "

"I stayed in a corner room next to the housekeeping storage area. Every morning, I noticed that used linens, towels, and trash bags were placed right in front of my door, likely as part of the cleaning routine. While I understand the need for housekeeping logistics, it was quite inconvenient to find the doorway blocked each day when stepping out. It would be great if the hotel could consider a different placement to avoid obstructing guests in nearby rooms."
