The location of this property provides for an exclusive vibe. It is a bit of a difficult and scary ride up the hilly roads, but the location itself was gorgeous and truly a comfortable and peaceful stay. The indoor pool is quite large and was a highlight for us. The restaurant was also really good and we enjoyed our meals here. Our room was a little smaller than expected but well setup and comfortable. Nothing to complain about during a charming and peaceful stay !

Good location if you have a car. Lovely staff, great pool with steamroom and sauna. Breakfast is really good and plentiful! Not too many reatautant options in the area, but like I said, if you have a car it's great.

Il posto è molto bello e pulito, immerso nella natura. L’unica pecca è un po’ il fatto che non tengono acceso il riscaldamento nelle varie sale dell’hotel ( hall, zona colazione/cena). A dicembre faceva abbastanza freddo, specialmente la mattina e la sera. In camera non ci sono problemi perché regoli tu il condizionatore e quindi si sta molto bene. A parte questo il posto è veramente delizioso.

Good value hotel with a reliable bus service to Funchal only 5min walk away which I used on multiple occasions. It’s very good value compared to taxis. The staff were very helpful at all times of the day and the reception always had a friendly face there to help with many questions. I would stay here again.

Sehr schönes und idyllisches Hotel! Besonders die Pfaue, die um das Hotel herumgelaufen sind, haben uns den Morgen beim Frühstück versüßt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großzügig und sehr lecker, und auch die Servicekräfte waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer langen Wanderung war der Wellnessbereich perfekt zum Entspannen und Ausklingen des Tages. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir konnten den Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören, als würde er direkt neben uns liegen.

Situé à 15 kms de l aéroport dans le petit village de Santo Antonio da sera , idéal pour visiter l’île en voiture . Retour au calme après de bonnes journées de visites et rando , très bel hôtel , détente avec piscine intérieur spa , tout est très propre et agencé avec goût. Le personnel est très sympathique et le buffet déjeuner au top pour bien démarrer les journées.
